Meira looked at the teacher then sighed as she shook her head. It was obvious there was nothing she could do to get herself out of detention and the fact she had a full hours worth just made it even worse for her. Her motivation to go exploring in the ruins had been crushed, but she knew it was her own fault for opening her big mouth. A voice laughed inside her mind. Do you honestly think he was going to be taken in by such a pathetic attempt? You really do have a lot to learn my child. Sentius was paying attention to the teacher when someone had contacted him through telepathy. He noticed it was one of his workers for his company. Though he wasn't entirely pleased with their timing. He was busy trying to analyze Meira and see if this magic class he had heard about had anything resourceful he could glean from it. He thought in his mind while not closing his eyes so that he didn't look like he was doing anything suspicious. I told you never to contact me when I'm busy with my analysis. I'm trying to gauge what this girl in question is like you rudely interrupt my thinking process. Well, this better be good if you contacted me while I'm in the midst of doing something. The man who contacted him first apologized for interrupting his boss research then informed him that they found some kind of strange metal where they first originally found the Rune of Origin during their excavation. Very good, analyze its properties then send me the results via my phone. I will observe them later when I get the chance. Meanwhile a kid two seats behind had fallen fast asleep and had their head buried in their hands lied down sideways in their desk. Outside a window a pink haired girl stared having her sights in Sentius. The girl was wearing a cloak, but it looked like she was wearing a red dress underneath. She seemed to be concentrating all over her attention on Sentius while another girl who looked like her with the exception of having short hair who wore a pair of black shorts, a blue t-shirt and a pair of tennis shoes and orange and white striped thigh highs was sat down right beside her sorting through what looked like tarot cards. "What is Lord Sentius doing, Taru-chan?" The girl as politely as she played one of her tarot cards down after she drew it from the stack. The first card was The Tower in an upright position. Taru smiled at her while rubbing the top of her head with her hand in a friendly gesture, "Doing research like always. He seems to be infatuated with Antitypes and the Rune of Origin." "Heh, Brother is so silly. It's almost like he's married to his work." The other girl smiled where Taru just closed her eyes and did the same. She was enjoying her time with her identical twin sister though due to their differences in hairstyles you could easily tell the two apart. She chuckled to herself as she though about what Anayame just said. Heheh, Brother? I guess you're right about that one Anayame. Though I'm not sure I can entirely trust him yet. There's just something about him that scares me. Even though it wasn't necessary for Reala go to school, she decided to since if she didn't she would never make sure that her sister was keeping her with her books. Since their aunt was busy investigating Chaos Runes and their purpose, there was no one else to make sure that Meira didn't try to ditch class. Though she wasn't doing a very good job at keeping her out of trouble since Meira had already gotten herself an hours worth of detention served on a silver platter by King Moron. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ranathia had entered some ancient unknown ruins that were manufactured from a very strange material. What was even more mysterious that the walls were like perfectly new and the fact that there were no imprints or anything written on them. But she reached what looked like to be a dead end. There was absolutely no door in sight and it didn't feel like she was still on Gaea either. She couldn't sense the girls anymore. She hoped they were okay, but since she had come this far she decided now wasn't the time to stop. Ranathia approached the wall then a strange light emitted from her body which cause a glyph to appear and light up where a circular doorway opened up. "Is this a passage? I wonder where it leads to? Also, how did I just activate it and what was that strange light I felt on my body? It felt so warm and comforting." She said to herself as she walked into the circular passageway of light then found herself in another room again with no doors. Whomever who designed these ruins made them specifically to ward off intruders. She tried to use her navigational device to see they were located, but the location was so shocking that Ranathia almost stumbled backwards from the huge surprise hitting her like a freight train. "Could these be from the race that was rumored to exist? Even the Sindel didn't have such advanced technology." In front of her was a large screen that looked like it was in thin air. There were several buttons on this screen. Each written in a language she could not understand though something inside her was telling her to hit the middle one. She hit the button where out of thin air rising from the surface below came a huge shelf of books. One name mad her eyes widened when she saw it on the side of the shelf. The name Sentius was written in very large letters. "Well done finding Sentius ancient long lost library." A voice said with a grin which caused Ranathia to turn her head to address whomever it was. The voice sounded like that of a man, but the person was hidden in shadows that they didn't show themselves, but judging by the look in his eyes he was hear for more than just a conversation. "Ancient long lost library? What do you mean by that?" Ranathia questioned as she reached on her back and grabbed her sword taking it into her hand. She wasn't about to attack the individual unless they provoked her to do so, but she was at least going to defend herself if they went on the offensive. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A voice spoke into Mithos mind. It was the voice of a girl who said into his mind. "Ranathia, your princess is in danger. You must protect The Key before it is lost. It is up to you. No one else is available to do the job." After that the voice went silent and a portal suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
