[@Loony] It helps a great deal that people are even willing to listen, and it did help.  It makes me feel a little pathetic to say it but you guys' advice helped strengthen my resolve, next time we talk I'm going to make it very clear what my terms for hanging out are and will cut off all ties with this person if they're broken again.
