I like the fact that you've put a hard cap on Devil Fruits, by the way, since those tend to [i]really[/i] swallow up One Piece RPs.  Going to suggest extending that limitation to a ban on Logias and Mythical Zoans too, honestly, since... Hopefully obvious reasons really. XD

But yeah, possible tentative interest.
