I'd say that'd be a Energy cost of 4 for the ability, since it can potentially be very powerful but could also lend itself to some very messy situations for your colleagues.

You could also add: "If Deimos is [i]Awakened[/i], the projectile attack becomes [i][b]Aimed[/b][/i], gaining an additional 25% Attack but exhausting the [i]Awakened[/i] effect at the same time."
