[@c3p-0h] Doesn't mean that he can't have lived for a long time. Metas only being around makes me think that they have been hiding or just called witches etc in olden times.

As for his healing i already explained the limitations, he literally needs to eat in order for his power to work. 

His regeneration as well is limited by how much he has eaten but I can go over it to re-clarify. Think of Cain as the creature from the film the Thing, these cells can be whatever he needs them to be.
