[@pyroman] I see.  I obviously have no idea whether or not you'll be able to get one, although I do know that there are various third party organizations that give eligible people scholarship money, but you usually have to write an essay and will be one of hundreds or thousands of people to do so.  Might possibly be worth looking into if you haven't already though.
