Do keep in mind that beast tanks like the panther didn't exist until 1943. We all had an agreement early on that there wouldn't be any ultra strict rules as in saying that you have to till April 5th 1944 to roll out two tanks from factory b, cause that's just epic lame.

However, some semblance of history must be kept. (imagine king tigers in Africa in 1940.. Facing crusader tanks. Or soviet IS3's during onset of operation Barbarossa. All you would hear is that Russian Trolololo song while the IS3's conserved ammo and just ran over the panzer 3's. 

That might make for a fun story... Hmmmmm.
