Same. I also wanted to like the direction it was going but it just fell flat for me. I think I'm just too old for some YA concepts, haha. If you check it out, let me know how you like it. It seems interesting enough but something always stops me from getting into a new series. I haven't checked out any fics for Pines. I didn't think it was popular enough for that, but I'll have a look around.

I haven't either. I'm worried the Sims isn't going to work on it and since I've yet to encounter anyone else who's updated, I've been wary to try it out. I'll probably wait a month or two since the free upgrade is good for a year.
