Well, another several fields filled with different monsters that lead to another town if we are going by SAO map. If not, then just wilderness.

Edit: [@NightmareInd] I had an idea. You as Gm, can spring random encounters on anyone and could dictate if they run into a 'rare' or more powerful monster.
