Posted up. If a nation with a Jewish population isn't letting them out for some reason, I want to know. If you're an Arab nation and you're intent on holding them captive, I'd like to know. It has a bearing on my foreign policy.

Edit: Unless told otherwise, I am assuming the Soviet policy of -not- allowing Jews to leave the USSR is in effect.
