With Ryland AWOL, second in command might be Kaite who would be [i]livid[/i] as to why hes being called to action in senpai's stead. The reading, coupled with a brief interaction with Katherine from Navigations would lead him to believe that the captain had lost it.
I'll have a post up tomorrow involving Kaite chasing the captain's actions...and a tooth-shattering kick to Riblou's face to be let down in order to do so.

Kaite is [i]detached[/i] enough to make it a power struggle, seeing as how Ryland has shirked basic orders and hazmat protocol to enter controlled areas without formal clearance.
