[color=7bcdc8]Well, I originally had him sitting at around mid-power, but with some of his abilities, I wasn't sure how he'd be rated. I'd honestly put him at a very high medium or a low high powered character. He definitely is not bullet proof, even with his magic like armor, though he can take substantial damage from bullets before it does serious damage. He's definitely not THAT strong. However, his speed is debatable. He's meant to be a highly elusive character, and may be able to dodge a few bullets here and there. [/color]
