Appearance:
Joe stands at 5 foot 10 and has a lightly muscular physique. His hair is a dark black and styled into a pompadour. He can often be seen wearing his letterman jacket, with the logo of the company he worked for on the chest. He wears his father's dog tags at just about all times and his eyes are brown.

Personality: 
Joe is as cocky and arrogant as it gets. He is overtly confident in his own abilities and believes himself to be much better than he is. That is not to say he is the type to flaunt his abilities though, he knows when he's beat and will let other heroes handle a situation if he knows he can't. He likes to banter and tease people and seems invulnerable to any insult flung his way. 

Short Biography: 
Born the son of two Scottish abductees, Joe had a rather strange life to say the least. He grew up learning how to trade from his adoptive parents, and joined the army of the country he was born on at the age of 17. He left the army to become a delivery driver for a huge corporation. His life went by as usual until he fell asleep at the wheel one night and accidentally hit the warp drive on his ship in his slumber. The ship landed in the milky way and was crashing to Earth just as Joe woke up. He managed to get to safety, but the ship was totalled after it had landed. He was contacted by Overwatch Twelve who were under the pretense that he was an alien. Of course, Joe allowed them to think this in exchange for a free apartment and a weekly salary for being a 'superhero'.

Powers, Skills & Equipment: 
While having no identifiable powers, Joe is sure that he has some sort of unknown power due to a "tingling sensation" in his nether regions. Unbeknownst to him, Joe is actually a technomancer, something that he would admit to being if he knew what the word meant. He also feels he has another undiscovered power, but has no clue whatsoever what it is.

He carries an array of weapons and equipment to help him do his hero duties. One piece of equipment he utilizes is his energy shield. It essentially protects his entire body from harm up to a point. It is able to stop bullets from harming Joe, but around 15 will break the shield and force it to reboot which can take any time from 10 seconds to 10 minutes. The shield also protects Joe from blunt force trauma to the point where he could take the same amount of hits as a regular superhuman with it on.

Along with this, Joe carries a [url=http://fc03.deviantart.net/fs70/i/2013/034/1/d/pistol_concept_by_proxygreen-d5sfsbt.jpg]modified pistol[/url], capable of switching between lethal and non-lethal modes of attack.

Weakness: 
Without his shield, Joe is as human as anyone. A single bullet could kill him without his shield. Along with this, he has no real offensive powers other than his tech and therefore must rely on his skill to succeed.

Joe Cady was born as the son of two Scottish farmers. They were abducted by aliens and supposedly experimented on before being dropped back on Earth. What really happened was that a group of rich teenagers got lost within the Milky Way and ended up passing over Earth. They picked up the farmers in the hopes that they could give them directions, but ended up just dropping them back where they picked them up even more lost than they were before. What they didn't realize was that their admittedly faulty and old teleporter had actually forced, Joe's mother to give birth without even knowing it. The teenagers had no idea what to do, and ended up handing him into an orphanage once they got back to their home planet.

Joe was unlike anything anyone on the planet had ever seen. While the planet was filled with vaguely humanoid reptiles, Joe was merely a rather short human who looked nothing like anyone on the planet. He lived in the orphanage for 6 years before being adopted by a blue skinned human-like couple who travelled the galaxy trading and whatnot. He learned the gift of the gab from them along with how to trade. He stayed with them until he was around 17, when he followed in his adoptive fathers footsteps and joined the military. He finished his draft four years later and returned to find his parents dead, killed by loan sharks. He took what precious things he could find that weren't stolen and left to find a new life. 

He got a job at a huge corporation that was essentially the universes most well known and best delivery service. Being one of their drivers was no mean feat, and Joe had to work hard to convince him that his time within the military had sufficiently trained him enough to captain his own small ship. He was hired within the month and sent about his deliveries. He done a pretty good job for the 2 years he worked at the place, but things quickly turned south one day after Joe had been severely sleep deprived. He got most of his deliveries correct, and planned to just autopilot his way to the next location and get some light rest in the process. Things didn't go exactly as planned though, and he ended up changing course and hitting the warp drive in his sleep.

He woke up as his ship spiralled down towards earth, and managed to secure his safety within the cargo hold as it crash landed. He emerged from the wreckage to find he had 'landed' on a farm. A young boy excitedly ran out to see what the commotion was about and excitedly asked, Joe if he was a superhero. Thinking on his feet, Joe said he was making up the name 'Dangerman' from the 'D' symbol on his jacket. Joe was surprised to find other people of his race, something which he had never even expected to be real and the child's parents explained that he had landed on Earth and that superheroes were fairly commonplace on Earth. 

Joe was soon picked up by Overwatch Twelve, who had noticed his crash and were quick on the scene. Joe added to his 'superhero' persona by using what was left of his cargo. Included was an energy shield, pistol and a 'killer' motorbike. The agents from Overwatch Twelve explained what they did and what Overwatch Twelve was. Seeing an opportunity for himself, Joe acted much more alien than he probably should have. Surprisingly, it convinced the agents who offered Joe a deal to act as an alien superhero in exchange for a salary and an apartment at a near city. Joe of course, accepted and began his heroing career.
