Personality: Toshiro is a kind hearted person but never really shows it unless it's toward his cousin. He usually puts on a face of anger and loss to a point where all the guys at school don't mess with him and the girls fawn over how dark and brooding he is...until his cousin climbs onto his shoulders
Rider Designation: Garu (Not sure if we start with him having powers or not have to remind me)
Rider Design: Modeled after a tribal warrior and features many wolf-like design elements

Back Story: Toshiro had one of the best lives imaginable. He lived in Tokyo and had many friends so when his cousin came to town from America he connected to him with ease. His cousin however didn't talk much and forgot his own name so out of his wishes for his cousin Toshiro endearingly called him Ryu hoping he would one day be as brave and outspoken as a dragon. One night a monster Toshiro later learned was the same that killed Ryu's parents appeared and ripped Toshiro's family from him and Toshiro made a vow to protect his cousin from that day forward. Clutching to the necklace his father had given him moments before his death Toshiro wept over the deaths of his parents but only for a moment as he knew he had to stay strong for his younger cousin.
