All of his abilities need cooldown times as well as time limits. But as far as functionality goes, they look fine to me. Also, the second Avatar Abilities should be labeled as Feats instead since you have Twin Spells there.

No fast travel. Either go on foot or use a vehicle. And there's plenty of vehicles.
