You know, I've been wondering something. 

PvP and killing npc's and stuff are how people gain xp, yes? So, how do healers gain xp? They generally aren't the main damage dealers, so xp sharing in parties is out of the question. Is there some sort of system that allows healers to get a fair amount of xp after each battle or something?
