I think a little more context could go long way. I'm interested in the setting, where do we happen to be / what's the general make up of this island or town that we've come upon. I think that'll help get an idea of why any of us are actuall there to begin with, whether it is of any consequence or not.

Also a jolly roger with a mustache of flexing muscles is incredibly badass.
