Josiah - Chicago to Indiana The hunter sighed as he moved forward still crouched on the ground. He'd came down to Chicago to have a couple drinks with an old buddy he knew from freshmen year in college and wound up getting involved in a vampire case. God damn it, not too many people can say a few drinks to this shit. Josiah found out the bartenders were vampires and fed on the drunkest people when the bars closed. He was ducked off in a room in the bar, he'd managed to kill one of the vampire bar-tenders but the two remaining ones were looking for him. Come on fucking undead fucks get closer. Josiah clenched his machete tight as he heard a noise in the distance the vampires approaching him going in for the kill. He had something in store for them and looked up to try to catch a glimpse of the two vampire bartenders. Josiah's right hand glowed blue and he kicked the door open lunging forward at one of the vampire bartenders. She tried to dodge with her superhuman speed only for Josiah to jam his machete into her throat. "Thought you were going somewhere." The other bartender lunged at him and he turned around kicking him in the chest as his arm continued to have a blueish hue. Josiah grimaced in slight pain as the vampire looked up at him in shock. "What the fuck is going on I feel..." "Human again? That's my little trick, giving you mother fuckers a taste of what you use to before you can't taste shit no more." The vampire growled irritated by the hunter’s death threats so much so that he was unconcerned about his newfound mortality. The reason being he’d figured if this man was the cause killing him would lead him on the path to being an immortal blood sucking menace again. .”Yeah well.” The vampire had managed to wrap around his hands around a broken beer can and was about to jump up to stab the hunter only to find he’d had a machete driven through his forehead. Blood oozed out from the wound before Josiah removed the weapon and punched the blade through his throat causing more blood to burst out as the vampire fell to the ground dead. “Yeah well nothing bitch.” The blueish glow faded away and Josiah stumbled forward grabbing his forehead for a brief second feeling some pain before ignoring it. Looking around he saw the bar was a a mess but shrugged his shoulders. I ain’t no god damn janitor. Making one more look around tom make sure there was nothing else supernatural he missed he left the bar and whipped out his keys as he approached his vehicle. This whole thing had gone to the wayside and now he just wanted to rest. Getting in his vehicle and starting up the car he began driving. He just wanted to get away, and it wasn’t long before he was pulling into a hotel in Indiana. He yawned as he pulled in between two cars to park and got out grabbing his bags from the back seat before locking his doors. “This looks like a good place as any to pass out.” And I doubt there’s any fucking supernatural activity going on here. Feeling confident in his choice he made his way inside ready to get a room, order some food, and pass out.
