Actually, looking at what I've written and all... It was a fun project to write, but playing this character will become very monotonous very quickly. Also, looking at the lineup, I think I see some "typical" super hero-stuff that we're missing. 
I'm abandoning Legionnaire. You can use him as a villain (or flunky) if you want. I'll post my real character tomorrow.
