Alright, just trying to understand better. Though if she fears it, I would say she would basically be at a block in her progression to be better then. Since bending is a lot about attitude the mental block would simply prevent her from being able to succeed at more advance bending and such. Aang couldn't earth bend at all before he got the right attitude set up. So yes she can have some skill I would think now, but just a limit I guess.
