Posted the timeskip. Introduced the villains for the HoS arc (... who I'll have to make some fucking NPC sheets for), and got everyone to morning. Anyone can talk to Meifeng, or my band of many NPCs. Dunno what to do with Maxine or Jen at the moment, so they're benched. 

Also, any NEST agent could be in the raid with Michelle.
