Heading towards the scream, Joseph looked down at his feet as he trekked towards the sound, occasionally glancing up at the sky, as if it would tell him where to go. It hadn't sounded too far away, and in a matter of minutes, a group of figures appeared on the horizon. Naturally, he was overjoyed at the sight of more people who happened to survive. "Over here!" he shouted towards them, not able to contain his excitement. He was too tired to break out into a run, but instead tried to move as fast as he could to where they were standing. The mysterious figures soon became clearer and clearer, allowing Joseph to recognize them. After all, they were part of his Crew, what sort of Captain would he be if he hadn't at least learned their names after sailing with them for so long? Well, perhaps he was too hung up on his title. Again, no ship, no Captain. "My, another part of the Ship's Crew that I've found!" he exclaimed once he had reached them, "How lucky I am not to be alone here, and further to find people that I have been so fortunate to work with!" He let out a short breath, accompanied by a small smile to each of them. Running a hand through his hair as he always did, he finally took a moment to sit back and really think about their situation. As he had told himself earlier, it was definitely not a good sort of situation, and definitely one in which they would most likely not make it out of. Well, best not to think like that. Just.. Try to survive. Yeah, that's right... Survive.
