[color=7bcdc8][b]Bio:[/b][/color] Lilith’s father was a deeply religious man, so when his daughter was born, Mr. Fairfax was convinced that his wife must have had some kind of unholy congress with a beast. How else could this little girl be born with a red and black ringed tail? After seeking council from his local pastor, Ezra Fairfax left his wife of six years, denouncing her and little Lilith both as monsters.

While heartbroken over her husband’s actions, Amelia Fairfax loved her child deeply, and vowed to raise her as best as she could on her own.  The now single mother started looking into getting the extra appendage removed, but quickly learned about other children with the same type of afflictions having similar surgeries and becoming gravely ill, some even dying. In the end, she decided that the tail removal was too big a risk, and came up with a new plan; they would conceal it.

The plan was much more difficult to implement than Ms. Fairfax had suspected. Now five years old, young Lilith was a willful and rambunctious child and threw temper tantrums when told she had to hold her tail still and wear long, baggy skirts. Lilith liked her tail, it made her feel special, and she wanted to show it off to all the other kids in her kindergarten class. So, despite her mother’s advice, Lilith let some of the other girls see it while they were all playing princesses on the playground.

It did not go well.

Lilith was suspended from school and came home with a blackened eye and a split lip. “It could have been so much worse,” her mother had said to the five year old as she tended her wounds. “They’ve never seen anyone quite like you, so they’re afraid of you. That’s why you can’t let them know about you, little darling. Because they’ll always try to hurt you.” 

Later that night, as Amelia tucked her daughter into bed and kissed her goodnight, she promised that she would make it all better. They moved to a new town the following month and Amelia came up with a way to bind Lilith’s tail to the inside of her leg using a series of belts. It was uncomfortable and she still had to wear long skirts, but it kept the youngster from accidently giving herself away. Lilith made new friends and most importantly, she was happy. 

The rest of Lilith’s school career was uneventful, and she graduated from her high school at the top of her class. She received a scholarship to the local college and began studying there to become a nurse, but after an unfortunate incident with her dorm mate during her junior year, her secret was discovered and the professors began failing her. Lilith ended up dropping out and finding work at a local flower shop called, ‘The Enchanted Florist’. She is currently living in a small studio apartment not far from where she works and is still hiding her animal features.
