Drizzak has half an arrow clean through one shoulder, a chunk of his ear and some of his cheek is missing, his face is cut like a Christmas ham and he's got a few bruises after jumping off a roof. Maybe even a broken rib. He's also covered in blood that both is and isn't his.

He's not very conservative with his actions. He does it for the cool factor.

EDIT: Plus, in his defence, the bandit nailed him in the shoulder first. Could have killed him. Not that it would have changed anything if he missed.
