For simplicity's sake, just imagine it like this.

Her two Heavy Arms are basically stretched out to the sides. They spin at the same speed as her somersaulting, so it appears as if they aren't moving. They are sweeping inwards, like a hug. Her body is somersaulting forwards, going vertically, and the Land Demolisher in the center of her back is basically like that of a helicopter's tail rotor.

So the Heavy Arms are collapsing horizontally, while the Land Demolisher goes vertically.
