^^^Sweet. Glad to see some people into the concept. And I'm happy to see the characters mentioned aren't exactly Avengers A listers. I actually think I've got an idea for the concept now....

In an attempt to take down Spiderman, Alchemax begins manufacturing it's own superhumans based on superheroes from the 20th and early 21st centuries. In an effort to aid the Spiderman of 2099, who's now gone missing, heroes began to rise to take the fight to Alchemax and their Big Brother way of ruling the once great city of Nueva York [formerly NYC]. Who could've imagined the outcasts and even powerless heroes that stepped up to fight for the citizens stuck in the downtown street level division of the city.

Just to be clear, the rich and powerful live on the higher floors of more glamorous buildings and skyscrapers. The lower class live closer to the bottom with the middle class of course being stuck in the middle. There are flying cars. And in place of a police force is the privatized Public Eye law enforcement who have cameras everywhere they can have them. The Public Eye for me was always something similar to Judge Dredd, flying bikes, ridiculous amounts of weaponry and gear, and the authority to get away with murder.
