In battle, he is angry ball of shocking power and lightning-fast speed. While he has the capacity of calming himself down in times of intense battle, he usually stays angry on purpose to make his powers grow even stronger and some say to have an excuse for killing any opponent. However, despite such brutish and simple-minded thoughts, he still will protect any of his comrades from harm, even if it would kill him...

A master at bending lightning, Inazuma is considered by some, and he himself, to be one of the most powerful lightning benders in the Fire Nation and possibly in the world. Unlike usual lightning benders, his lightning is yellow instead of blue. Weather its stronger then regular lightning is still unclear, Inazuma's yellow lightning has only been reported to come solely from him and can be charged from his hair and converted to his lightning if regular bolts strike him.
