Jack thinks of himself as very funny often, which he is most of the time. Just as well, he is extremely sarcastic. He is thoughtful, but cares more for his boat than his crew. He cares for his crew more than the people that he plunders. He neither cares for money and he cares more the adventure than for the ending result. He is quite adventurous and loves the sea more than anything. He is a caring pirate just the same and only takes money and items rather than “other” things. 

Jack is quite clever and quite intelligent. He is calculating and deceitful as well. He uses his charm and wit to get out of sticky situations most of the time. He considers himself a good pirate more than anything and he hates bad pirates, though he is neutral in this war between the good and evil. He can be quite shrewd at times, but he normally isn’t when he does it for the wellness of himself or his ship. He stands up for what he believes is right, but he makes sure not to go against the wrong people in case he gets himself in trouble, which, most of the time, he does anyways.

Jack is extremely charming, which he can use to his advantage at many times. He is in shape, which allows him to move faster than most and lift more things than most. He is also calculating, which gives him the ability to think on his feet faster than what most other people can do. He tends to see things that others don’t seem to see when it comes to situations, especially with his run-ins with the law. He prefers to negotiate rather than fight, but he is an excellent swordsman when it comes down to it. He does not seem to have a temper, which is good for him, because no one can expose him emotionally.

Jack doesn’t seem to have any weaknesses, but he hates it when people steals his boat and messes with his crew. That’s the only link to his temper and emotions.

Jack has the ability to control his vessel with his sword. If he moves the sword on his hip to the left, the boat shifts left. Same with the right. That’s why his boat doesn’t seem to have a steering wheel.

Jack has a sword that he always keeps on his side and a pistol on his hip. Both are easily noticeable under neither his cape. 

[b]Brief Biography (Life In The Fairy Tale World):[/b]
Jack was born to Eric Teague on his boat in the middle of the sea. His mother died directly in the middle of giving birth to him, so one of the crewmen managed to cut him out of her stomach. They threw the body of his mother overboard and kept Jack in an empty rum barrel filled with hay. They fed him whatever milk they could find and weaned him early so they wouldn’t have to deal with him. It was mostly the crew that took care of him rather than his own father. Teague was not much of a good father, but he did raise his boy to be a pirate. 

When Jack was six years old, Teague inducted him into being a pirate. He taught Jack everything he knew about piracy. He carried him with him when they stormed towns, when they went on adventures. He took Jack everywhere and Jack absolutely loved it. He got his adventurous nature from his father. But his father was old and the adventure wouldn’t last long. Teague knew it was time for him to retire, but he couldn’t bring himself to separate his boy from the sea. So, he let his first mate take over and let Jack stay on the boat, which was the Black Pearl. Teague’s first mate took care of Jack like he was his own son. He took Jack everywhere with him. They were on the sea when the Queen took over and they avoided the land as much as possible. 

Jack was fifteen when he became the Captain’s first mate, which was seven years into the reign of the Queen. The crew was not happy about a teenager being their first mate, but they were quickly reminded by the Captain, very forcefully reminded, that he was the son of the best captain that the ship had ever seen and Jack was almost an exactly copy of Eric Teague himself. The crew didn’t mind as much after that. They roamed the high seas for the longest time, managing to avoid all of the kings and queens, especially the Evil Queen.

But the time ran out fast. 

The Evil Queen’s naval ships grabbed the Pearl when it was sailing too close to the Moors area and the Queen demanded that she have allegiance from the captain. Unwilling to get involved in the fight but being stupid all the same, the captain declined. The Queen had him executed and then called for his first mate to step forward. Jack, being only eighteen at the time, stepped forward and stood before her. She asked for allegiance, but Jack came back with a different deal. He swore that he would neither harm nor help her in her quest and promised to remain neutral. She did not like the idea and Jack was barely able to escape with his life and that of seven of his crewmen. 

Now, he roams the world and seas as Captain Jack Sparrow, commander of the Black Pearl. He makes occasional stops to pick up supplies, but he does not stay on land too long in fear that the Evil Queen will find him against and execute him, because he knew that there would be no second chances for him. He does, however, favor some of the heroes on their quests by providing transportation over the seas. He does not pay for them, and he still tries to remain neutral.
