【Personality】
Takeshi is a rather outgoing person, he enjoys company (to an extent) and wouldn't mind making some friends. He can be very reckless at times but he prefers to use his (more-or-less) high intellect to get through obstacles. Honesty is appreciated but Takeshi realizes that lying can be necessary in some situations and will do so if it's to his convenience. He requires complete silence in moments of anger or concentration to keep his cool or his train of thought respectively and will lash out at those who do not respect this. There is a very short fuse on Takeshi as he will explode to almost anything, even the most minor of annoyances and is slightly unstable (nothing too serious, just has his "moments").
【History】
Akira was born in some nice house in the Earth Kingdom and lived sort of happily. He was adopted since his parents were presumed thieves who had supposedly changed their identities to evade the law. The adoptive family was of minor nobility and couldn't have kids for one reason or the other which is why they adopted Akira when he wasa baby. His life with them didn't last long, though, as the home was attacked and the family was killed but Akira wasn't found. Years passed and Takeshi, now 7 years old, lived with an old man in a cabin in a swamp somewhat near the capital city. The boy's mind was blank, he got amnesia and forgot everything from the first 7 years of his life, which meant fresh start and new name (it was Takeshi; what the old man called him). This old man taught Takeshi earthbending basics but then inexplicably disappeared when Takeshi turned 8, he was just gone one day.

From that day, Takeshi survived by honing his skills by killing animals near the cabin with earthbending to survive. He learned some of the worst ways to kill like that, and gained incredible strength. He continued training, mnoving on to larger animals every day for the next 17 years, when he decided to return to the city and reuinite with society. He lived there and made many friends for the next 2 years of his life (while continuing his training) until one day that he was at the market buying food. A man was attempting to rob a stand of an old man to which Takeshi didn't respond well, so he killed the man. This got him in trouble with law enforcement so he fled the city and went to the cabin. The next year remains unknown as he lost his memory of that year (and that year only this time) but he seemed to live back at the city. Takeshhi heard rumors of an ability known as lava bending nand now wants to learn it by any means necessary.

Earth-

Takeshi learned the basics of earthbending when he was a child from the old man who cared for him, but when this man had to leave Takeshi for unknown reasons, the boy began to learn on his own. His instructor was the small animals around him, well, their bodies, actually; you see, he decided to use what he learned and enhance it for combat and survival and every day he'd get his food from killing some frog or small rodent using his skills and eventully moved to bigger animals. This continued for over 19 years until he became extremely good. Feeling like he has learned total mastery, he now pursues lava bending.
【Equipment】
Takeshi carries throwing a small bag of rocks to utilize, should he ever be caught by enemies without earth in the area, and he also has two large knives made from platinum, which he stole, so metalbenders can't stop them, should he need to use them and normal supplies like food and drink.
【Others】
Takeshi has some "issues" (for lack of a better name) that can trigger his "moments", it's not entirely known what they are, but they seem to happen when he's around ice or the color turquoise (though these don't cause them directly), it is unknown why these things trigger as there is no (known) link to his personal history.
