Krom was already pretty angry at this, finding fending off Takeshi and this alien to be most bothersome. He would’ve been happier to have those other Saiyans fighting him, but instead it happened to be the most annoying kid in the galaxy and his multi-limbed friend. He wasn’t worried for the King, he could probably take them all down if he wanted in an instant, but that wasn’t the plan. There was more to their reluctance to just destroy them all, even if Krom didn’t like it since it meant holding back. Holding off the alien he looked to Takeshi briefly, already getting annoyed at his voice. “I should know better when you’re just a hooligan! At least your brother is smart enough to stay out of this…” Managing to hold his own with little effort he held off the alien’s punches, watching him carefully before smirking at his words. “Lie down and die? Who are you talking to? Him, maybe??” With a sudden movement Krom immediately grabbed T’charrl, throwing him down in a fair vicious toss before turning around, combating Takeshi properly this time. Throwing fists at him he took little heed for T’charrl, seeing how the toss was strong enough to shatter that frail looking frame of his. The twins were trying, even if it was the King they were up against. They had to show they were capable of doing something good even if the man was incredibly strong. There was no way they could do anything other than maybe a scratch on him and could only hope he would be merciful with them, but it hardly seemed like it was going to happen. The man didn’t know them all that well probably, even if they were fair unique among Saiyans. Firing the blasts was one of their first tries at testing the King’s power to see just how much he might be able to brush it off. After throwing the blasts they waited a moment, trying to see through the smoke and debris before being greeted with a fairly typical image. The King barely looked touched and was instead complaining about his suit, the twins frowning and glancing at each other before down at the King again. This was definitely going to be a whole lot harder than it was made out to be, but it was expected too. Looking between each other, they both sighed before redirecting their attention to him again with Kai speaking up. “It is your superiors that helped trained us and we were top of the rookie classes, so maybe you should blame them if we’re not good enough for you”. Not willing to wait for the King’s words they immediately rushed in once more, trying to take with them a flurry of attacks that would hopefully have the King on the ropes. They needed to use their speed to allow Kabocha to gain some openings, but they didn’t have a plan beyond that quite yet. Shu didn’t like this at all and couldn’t understand why it had to be this way. Sure their father had been doing bad things, but he would leave even after a while of them hitting him without needing to go as far as fight to the death. He felt he was going to lose everyone here and they had no Dragonballs to bring them back if anything bad happened to them. Holding his ears as they continued to clash together he squeaked when Yumi pulled him in for a little hug, looking up at her with a frown. “B-But we can’t-ah!” Getting frightened from the force of the blast he raised his arms up, trying to shield himself from the debris too. Looking up just a little bit to see what had happened he frowned when he saw his father standing there practically unhurt, his eyes going to Yumi again when she made another attempt at comforting him. “I can’t help it…I can’t. If they can’t hurt Father, how do I help?”
