What I was thinking just now would be to make the shards of glass disappear in a static effect (TV static). Also, prepare your characters to go batshit insane after I post (you'll see what I mean) except for Dai and Shinku since it seems they still have a grip on reality.

EDIT: Okay, so maybe not batshit insane since I fear what that may translate into XD
