Well then that therritory that's empty should not be counted as their territory. It's not occupied by them, after all. Anyone could come and take it and they'd be in no shape to fight it. Besides, human population's only gone up by little over double in the 80 years, according to the 300% increase you said we'd see by the end of the 160 years timeskip. Another thing, I really doubt someone will travel 700 miles to hunt dinner xD
If they're hunting herd animals they could very well travel that far to follow them throughout the season. Orabahk is prohibitively large so there would be no interaction between us if we did as you said. Normally I'm all for realism, but with such small populations and such massive percentages of soldiers to normal peasants, magic, unrealistically small populations and weird technology levels, I threw out all ideas of realism early on in this RP. All realism is already out the window so complaining about how everybody but the Cimex (Them being exempt for arbitrary reasons?) have claimed too much land is just going to be annoying. As in for the Ruhigs, their territory is huge (smaller than it appears due to the form of map projection) but most of it is just their forest that they consider their land. Most of it is of course just a jungle of trees and the occasional small village.
