New Garakai is shared by Corrupted Uri, Garakains, Corrupted Cimex, Iron Legion (though, admittedly they make up a small portion of the population), Corrupted Snake Men, Corrupted Brightwoods guys(primarily dragon adepts), Corrupted Chimeras, and Chaos dragons. 

Viscardi kinda has to expand.
