Eyes: Gold-pupils cat eyes Hair: Ashen silver-white Skin Color: Dark brown Gender: Female Alignment: Lawful Neutral Race: Once Human- Forsaken Class: Fighter Profession: Forsaken (Monster Hunter) Physical Description: Pre-selection; Tressa once had black hair, which she had considered to be her best feature, and black eyes. She lost both after joining the Organization. Post-Selection (now); Tressa has long, wavy, ashen silver-white hair parted down the middle, which she wore loose. She has gold eyes with cat like pupils like all other Forsaken, and wears the standard uniform. Teresa is also considered to be beautiful; her body possessing a tight athletic muscular build, dark caramel skin tone, with generous curves and C cup breast. Personality: Tressa is by nature a loner and an outcast, with a ruthless streak to her that makes her extremely dangerous when provoked. Despite her outwardly cold nature, behind her exterior lies a fiercely loyal friend, and a woman of good humor and giver of sound advice. As a professional slayer of ruthless beast, Tressa often reveals a cold sense of humor when fighting designated targets. As a trainee, Tressa always attempted to escape. She was known as a "problem child." Abilities: A Forsaken is someone who has undergone extensive training, ruthless mental and physical conditioning, and mysterious rituals in preparation for becoming an itinerant monster-slayer for hire. The names derives from the fact that those chosen to become Forsaken must give up living normal human lives to become the prefect killers. All current Forsaken are female. Originally, male warriors were also created. The Organization had no qualms over their strength, but they were found to be more prone to awakening due to their inability to resist the urge, as the Awakening process brings sensations akin to sexual pleasure. The Organization takes in young girls, typically orphans, abandoned children, and survivors of monster attacks - though they may also purchase them from their families or villages if they possess a desirable quality - Forsaken-to-be are then subjected to an intense alchemical processes, consumption of mutagenic compounds and relentless physical and martial training to make them dangerous and highly versatile against their vast array of opponents, many of which possess superhuman speed, strength and/or other deadly powers. The final process involves the implanting of lycanthropic flesh and blood into their bodies through an incision made from the throat to the mons pubis. Forsaken are not necessarily more powerful than most monsters, being only half-beast themselves. However, due to their martial arts training by the Organization, and the fact that only the most intelligent survive the final exam (there is, perhaps, an 80% fatality rate) Forsaken succeed in defeating monsters by using "brains over brawn." A parallel would be humans hunting dangerous wild beasts such as boar, wolves, or bears. Standard Forsaken abilities usually include heightened physical strength, speed, durability and regeneration, and the ability to detect magical monsters and other Forsaken by sensing their Chi. These procedures ultimately mean that each fully-trained Forsaken is a mutant built specifically to hunt and kill inhuman prey. The key permanent results of mutations shared by all Forsaken include:

Sterility (which partially explains selection from the outsiders, as they cannot breed to pass on their traits).
Amber cat-like eyes that grant very acute night vision - the Forsaken can constrict their pupils to see in blinding light or open them to see in near pitch black.
Tremendous resistance to disease (which functions in most cases as complete immunity) and a boosted immune system allowing them to consume large quantities of potions that could prove easily deadly if consumed even in small amounts by a normal human. Naturally, vampirism, lycanthropy and the like do not threaten Forsaken.
Dramatically increased strength, speed, reflexes and endurance, far beyond any normal or well-trained human. A Forsaken’s physical skills are sufficient to defeat most monsters if combined with extensive training and proper weaponry.
They also develop a sixth sense that allows them to "feel" things around them, be it items of magic, people's immediate intentions etc... This explains their uncanny ability to track and hunt people and monsters. As they use the above average chi levels inherent in magical monsters to track them.
Accelerated healing that grants quick recovery from injury. Usually mortal wounds can be healed within hours, but not immediately fatal wounds such as beheading or destruction of the heart or lungs.
Incredibly long lifespan; Unless the subject Awakens, by which point another Forsaken will be Tasked in hunting them down.
Skills: Superhuman abilities- In regards to Tressa herself she possess the standard Forsaken attributes as seen above. In greater detail specifically for Tressa herself. She possess the physical strength shy of an Olympic athlete. Which would give her the capacity to dead-lift roughly 700 pounds, below the max potential of a human. She has a higher tolerance to pain than a normal human, with the mental fortitude to block it out all together. Her speed and reflexes are where she truly shines however, her excellent stamina and endurance allowing her to reach speeds faster than any human can achieve. Tressa combines this with extraordinary reflexes allowing her to avoid linear attacks such as bullets and lasers by simply quickly positioning herself away from the path of the attack before it is fired. She’s is not faster than these projectiles, but can often predict their trajectories if she see’s them coming. Tressa also possess innate agility to precisely control her movements and muscles, making her unable to be clumsy or fumble. Allowing her to slip through a network of lasers, reach through dangerous narrow tunnels, keep perfect balance, or juggle effortlessly without ever tripping or wobbling. She can even move her finger and toes effortlessly, with tendon strain not being a problem. She will often only fall over when physically uprooted or pushed, though most times she can land on her feet. She is practiced enough to stand up right on even the most unstable of surfaces, such as a moving vehicle, a collapsing building. Tressa hearing is also enhanced, enough to hear a pin drop on the second floor of a room and pin-point it. Acute Chi Sensing- Tressa possesses extraordinarily acute Chi-sensing abilities. She can detect minute changes in the Chi flow in both beasts and powerful fighters alike, accurately predicting their every move. This skill allows Tressa to sense the strength, speed and direction of an attack before her enemies can act. Which often allows her to avoid most attacks, though weaker attacks or moves requiring no energy are not subject to this ability. This ability also requires intense concentration to maintain. Martial Skills- Part of Tressa’s intense training involved many forms of martial training, granting proficiency with countless weapons. Along with unarmed fighting that revolves around grabs and throws that use one's opponent's strength against them; it visibly appears similar to boxing, and wrestling. Her weapons of choice however, are the saber and the spear. Tressa also possess excellent tactical skills that she utilizes to great effect in setting up ambushes or traps for the many monsters she fights. Windcutter Technique- The Windcutter is a lightning-fast slashing attack that involves drawing, swinging, and re-sheathing the sword in the blink of an eye. Alchemy- Tressa is well trained in the mixing and creation of dozens of different poisons or alchemical solutions. This extends to a great degree of knowledge in herbal medicine and recognizing different plants and their properties. Forsaken Schooling- Forsaken are taught the biologies and abilities of countless magical beasts, undead, monsters, or demons. Tressa’s schooling allows her to quickly identify a vast majority of supernatural creatures on sight or after a degree of exposure to them. Equipment: Note that injector boosts require a prep to use, as well as debuffs and positoxins. All positoxins require contact in order to take effect. Often transferred by spear or sword blows. No more than one booster can be used at a time or their effects will cancel each other out. Raptor Blade- The pommel is in the form of its deadly claw, but of course, the long curving blade is the real force of this beast. Gracefully contoured parts are steel and the wood and leather grip is adorned with raised areas for a good grasp. Like all functional swords used by Forsaken, this well balanced cutting sword features a tough high carbon fully tempered blade. It includes a black scabbard. The blade is alchemically treated; A complex process involving metallurgy and alchemy that allows it to bond silver to a weapon made of steel so that it radically increases its hardiness , especially verses magic, while being especially effective against supernatural beast such as lycanthropes. As it allows it to bypass their tough hides, and can affect ghosts. Mechanical loading mechanisms within the hilt allows different oils or positoxins to be loaded into the handle, thus allowing the weapon to be coated freely during combat. Overall Length: 41.25 Inches Blade Length: 31.25 Inches Blade Width: 1.875 Inches Blade Thickness: 3/16 an Inch Weight: 2 lbs. 9 oz. Corseque Spears- Tressa is an extremely accomplished spearwoman, capable of skillfully using two spears with blinding speed and agility if she so choose. She carries two retracted spears on her back by way of a round lightweight metal device strapped to her back that resembles a pack. It allows the easy retrieval of either spear, which once pulled free can be extended with a quick twist of the wrist. The Corseque, for instance, takes the typical spear blade and splits into three parts, creating a rather impressive and lethal looking weapon. The corseque features a traditional spear head with a triangular point for thrusting, as well as two side blades, known as wings or flukes, that have split off from the blade, creating a broad spear-point that delivers a trio of deadly stabs, or possesses a variety of other functions. They are treated in the same manner as her saber, but with the added benefit of creating small sparks at the blades mouth by twisting the lower portion of the spear. The main body of the spear is tempered hollowed steel, making it lightweight and fast. Head Length: 24.75 Inches Pole Length: 72 Inches Utility Belt- Tressa wears a belt that holds pouches and potion strips all encased around her waist. This dark brown leather belt uses woven fibers to increase its resistance to tearing and damage. Hidden Knives- Almost like a gladius, these throwing knives feature broad, rounded blades that curve forward and end in wide, effective points, ensuring that when the knife hits, it hits point first and it hits hard. They are made of a mixture of mithril and alchemical silver that disrupts healing of supernatural creatures such as undead, or were-beasts. They are held in small pouches across her chest in specially made bandoliers. She carries 12 of these knives in total. Bloodwine: This thick, crimson positoxin includes garlic in its creation, making it particularly harmful to vampires and other undead with a vulnerability to garlic. They react on contact and make the undead generally weaker and damages they're usually supernatural fortitude while slowing their healing factor. x2 Celestial Essence: This viscous golden substance seems almost to shine with an inner radiance. It causes intense burns that do not heal for unholy creatures as well as undead. They also make undead gradually weaker physically. Often weakening their supernatural strength to sub-par human standards. x1 Beast Oil: This silvery mixture degrades the healing and supernatural senses of beasts such as werewolves and the like. Weapons coated in this oil cut right through their tough hides like a hot knife through butter. x2 Lichbane: This bone-white unguent is equally dangerous to all spellcasting undead, as well as to those that depend on mental ability for their special attacks. The initial damage is permanent drain. This will suppress a single magical ability, often the most recent used in a fight. x1 Ghost-Oil: This oil forces incorporeal creatures to take on and keep a corporeal form so even mundane weapons will slay them normally. Requires contact like all other oils or positoxins. x2 Blood vial: This specially treated blood comes in the form of a injector. If injected it rapidly speeds up healing depending on the severity of the wound, in return the recipient drowsy for two posts. x3 Strom: This injector boosts reflexes and reaction time, improving chance of parrying and evading attacks. Though decreases the uses strength by half and lasts three turns x1 Mountain: This vial of grey liquid once injected causes the user to become hairder and stronger, doubling these attributes for three turns. They dull the senses of the user by half, on a Forsaken that render their senses to average human level. x1 Armor- Tressa wears basic hard leather to protect her torso and limbs, with vambrace on her forearms made of mirthal. She also wears a cloak of elemental resistance that lessens the power of magical attacks but does not stop them. Character History: Tressa Pendrake was born an orphan in the city of Corvis, though most of her younger days are vague. She guessed that her parents named her after one of the Twin Goddesses of Love. In her dreams, she remembered having black eyes and hair, which she believed was her best feature. At some point, she was sold to the Organization by the people she trusted. This betrayal haunted her for the rest of her life. During her Forsaken training, she was labelled a "problem child" for her routine escapes from the Organization. It was during one of these attempts that she met Rafaela in a werewolf-infested forest, the two later bonded from the experience. As a Forsaken, Tressa is a cold-blooded killer who cares for no one, performing her assignments in a blase manner, and loves to frighten clients with horror stories. She is outwardly obedient, but not above keeping secrets from her superiors, harboring suspicions about their dubious actions. Her skills within the Organization have brought her up to be one of their greatest hunters. Considered an essential asset often sent far afield to deal with high risk missions.
