Since RDJ had in his original contract he'd take a percentage of what Avengers made and it was HUGE, actors want a bigger cut if the film is a success. It's supposedly why Tatum almost backed out of Gambit, not creative control but how much he'd make after the movie was released. Backend compensation I think it was called....

The F4 could carry phase four on their shoulders. We could get a Hulk/Thing fight at some point, Galactus showing up, and a Skrull War or Secret Invasion at least. Plus Torch could try and take Black Bolt's girl!
