[@Loony] Lol I wonder what part of America.  I'll say that things can be very different depending on where you go.  But yeah, it kind of makes sense when you put it that way.  I'm still a little surprised that Canada wasn't the most polite one, that's like the first time I've ever seen someone subvert the 'all Canadians are polite' joke.  I just sort of assumed the last one was Kurdistan by default because if you were to go the full-on hyperbole route with America, that should have been a shotgun, and he should have been holding a burger in his other hand.  I like your way of describing it though.
