[@Loony] I guess you'd know how Canadians are better than me.  Is it like many places that are highly regarded as being polite, which is that they're really just as bad as everyone else but less up front about it?  Sorry it sounds like you had to deal with crappy stuff in Quebec, I thought they were cool.  So is Ontario like Canada's Texas, or their New York, maybe?
