This is pretty much true. I mean, they're just lizard men, and lizards aren't known for their ability to carry much more than their own weight. So, they might have half the strength of an average human plus the strength of a monitor lizard or some snake, but that's still not much of a boost over a human. That said, perhaps Ssarak is just really buff.
