The young woman whirled around at the sudden voice from behind her, the construct still skittering along the door and cutting through the metal with it's laser. Her eyes, visible and pale blue behind her glasses, the only part of her face that was visible went wide with alarm at the sight of the costumed man who had appeared seemingly from nowhere. Which hero was this? Elaine wasn't sure and as she wracked her mind for an answer to that the man continued his approach towards her. It wasn't one of the big names, she had learned about all of them, at least a little in preparation for this. Her hands, came out of her pockets again, clutching another pair of the spheres, the last pair, though the masked man would not know it. Frantically flicking her mind through the possible stable configurations Elaine settled on two of them and as the metal in her hands began to writhe and squirm threw them at the man. Maybe, she hoped, maybe this would work as well on a hero as it had on the other men. "Stay Back!" She yelled out as the creatures formed rapidly, though her voice was not very confident sounding even to herself. The two metal spheres had changed in the brief seconds they took to cross the space between the two metahumans. One had shifted into something very similar to the earlier insect like constructs. It had a pair of rapidly flapping wings, and a series of limbs that each glowed with a faint red light. That sphere halted in it's flight and each of the six limbs began to pulse, rapidly building up to a series of bolts of electricity that arced outwards towards the hero, if they hit they would be much like a taser. As for the other metal sphere it took a different shape, forming into what would seem a lot like a metal dragon. Silver scales gleamed in the streetlights and as the arm sized creature closed with the hero it opened it's mouth and spat a small stream of fire in his direction. Elaine backed away as the creatures engaged until she bumped up against the back of the truck and the door that her construct had already weakened broke off and fell to the ground with a crash that made the scared young woman jump a bit in a moment of panic before remembering the next stage of her plan. Her hand reached for the metal of the fallen door as the third creature, the bug with the short ranged laser began to skitter across the ground towards the hero.
