However, due to the fact Iron Enigma knows what they're doing, her guild mark's going to be covered up pretty well and smoothly. So unless he gives her a bath or she wakes up, he wouldn't be able to tell she's from Phoenix Wing. Also, yeah, as Zarkun said. They were kidnapped by different guilds, and Mithera would only know as much as what Iron Enigma told Phoenix Wing already.
