Nazar stands at a tall 6 foot 1 and is of a muscular build. His skin is mulatto, bordering more on being black. His hair is curly and black. He has a scar that goes from his left temple and slightly into his hair. 

Personality: 
While chronologically old, Nazar acts just as he did when he was drafted into the army. He is cocky, arrogant and believes himself to be at the very least the coolest superhero out there. A risk-taker, Nazar is never one to take the safe and cautious route and will almost always try to incorporate his motorbike into any plans he has. Suffice to stay, stealth isn't his strongsuit, and he more often than not goes in loud.

Short Biography:
Nazar was born as the son to a high ranking lieutenant in the Russian mafia and a mother who wanted very little to do with said mafia. As a child, Nazar was constantly hanging around junkyards and tinkering with anything mechanical he could get his hands on. He was eventually drafted into the Vietnam war in the early 60s where he served as a helicopter door gunner. Things in his life drastically changed when he was shot down over a Viet Cong camp though. He was tortured for hours before being put on a bonfire and being burned alive. It seemed something triggered within his body at that point though, and he was transformed into a skeleton, continously burning. He escaped the fire and lay waste to the Viet Cong through the use of their own weapons and his new found fire based powers. While escaping the jungle he learned how to control his power, and how to revert back to his human state. He returned to America as a hero and became the governments go-to hero for a while. He mostly heroes on his own now, having learned how to properly control his power over the years.

Powers, Skills & Equipment:

[*] Nazar's most obvious power is his ability to transform into a skeleton. While in his skeleton form he has the ability to light himself on fire and transform any vehicle he enters into a souped up version of itself complete with flames.
[*] Nazar is also able to create and manipulate fire. This includes being able to make the fire that his skeletal form emits be non-lethal. He is able to do this while not in his skeletal form, but the flames are much less lethal.
[*] Nazar's body is also greatly enhanced and he is able to lift more and take more hits than the average human.
[*] Nazar also does not age at all.

Nazar also carries a winchester model 1887 and rides a honda rebel.

Weakness: 
Water is, of course, Nazar's biggest weakness while in skeletal form. He is unable to create fires bigger than a match while soaked and cannot manipulate any fire bigger than that of a couch. High caliber guns like sniper rifles also do damage to him.

Full Biography: 
Nazar was born in 1939, after the second world war had already begun. His mother worked as a cleaner and made very little money from her job. During her job she took the affection of a high ranking member of the Russian mafia. To put it bluntly, he raped her and forced his child upon her. Nazar's mother raised him with love and affection of course, as would any mother. 

Nazar's youth was like any other child during World War 2 really, he spent most of his time outdoors and retreated to the bomb shelters when the sirens played. During the war, Nazar would often scavange for metals and whatnot and build small statues and devices with the scrap metal. During his teens, Nazar saved enough money from part time jobs and whatnot to buy his first motorbike. It was second hand and wasn't in the greatest condition, but after Nazar's tinkering it was fit and ready to go. He became the talk of his relatively small community with his new bike, and entered quite a few street races with the bike. 

Nazar was drafted into the military around the time he was 21 and was placed as a helicopter door gunner for the majority of his military career. Life in the military went by generally as planned until one faithful night while transporting a high priority ally. They were shot down just outside a Viet Cong camp, and interrogated and tortured for hours on end before being put on a bonfire to burn alive. 

Unexpectadly, the fire seemed to drigger something in Nazar and he emerged from the fire as a flaming skeleton. He tore a rifle from a soldiers hands and lay waste to the entire camp before making his way back to an American camp. On the way back to the friendly camp, Nazar learned how to better use his powers, and managed to regrow his skin in the process. He was
