So I didn't get the promotion.

BUT I never have to do that interview or roleplay again, I passed the whole thing with flying colours first time which is rare as very few people do it. It was literally a razor thin line between myself and the other guy. But he had controlled a department before, that was all he had on me basically and that was why it tipped in his favour. In the meantime I'm on the team leader course for the next 6 months to get that training and other stuff and there will be more team leader positions coming up so I am pretty much first in line I just have to apply to them and turn up to the interview say "I want it because fuck you" and I get the job. So I'm proud of myself and a little upset at the same time.

Vin, I'm glad you're back and sorry shit is hectic, the others have nagged enough so I have nothing to add to this.
