-Be at least eighteen -This rp will have a dark setting, no uplifting, cheerful story. If you're not looking for such a thing, don't apply. -No godmodding -No Gary Stues -Do not take control of my character. People who do this annoy me to no end. If you absolutely need to make her do something for the sake of your post, just ask if I'm okay with it. Otherwise, just don't do it. -Make sure that I can understand what you wrote. I'm on this site to rp, not to decipher a mess of grammar, spelling and punctuation errors. -Don't just stop responding. If you're no longer interested or won't be able to respond for a while, just let me know and I promise that I won't bite. -Try to post at least two decent paragraphs and we're good. -One reply a day is good to me, but multiple replies a day are wonderful.
Dear diary, It has been five days now since that horrible monster kidnapped me and brought me to this place. A castle, of which I've seen very little so far. I'm confined to just this one room, which has only a bed, a broken mirror and a window with steel bars to keep me seperated from the outside world. I do not know what this man, if a person who would do such things even deserves to be called that, wants from me. All I know of him is the way he looks, and that he frightens me. Yet everytime I stand before him, I try to stand tall. Give him a look which I hope hides my fears, stand with my arms crossed and my back straight, saying just one thing to him: My hero will come to save me. The bed is old, dirty and uncomfortable. Even if hadn't been for the fear and everything else keeping me awake, it wouldn't allow me to have a decent rest, so the only time I rest, is when I pass out from exhaustion. When I look in the broken mirror, all I see is a fragile woman who struggles not to have her soul crushed, while she has a black eye and is covered in cuts and bruises, wearing a dirty, torn dress which just barely survived the unwanted journey to this place. The window is different from the things I wrote about before. Unlike them and despite its bars, the window gives me hope. It allows me to look at the outside world and realise that somewhere out there, my brave and mighty hero is fighting his way towards me, to slay the monster that keeps me here and take me home again. Sometimes I close my eyes and imagine him slaying any vicious creature that dares to stand between him and me. I wonder if he is close. Unfortunately, my writing must stop now, as the footsteps of the monster are approaching my room. I hope to continue my writing soon. If you haven't noticed it yet, this rp will focus on the story of a desperate princess kept by a villainous being as she (perhaps in vain) awaits the arrival of her hero, showing the other side of the well known story we all know at least one version of. The most famous version is probably Super Mario, the plumber who travels everywhere and beats monsters while on his way to free his princess from Bowser. Your character will have the role of the monster. Are you interested? If so, great! Post here or send me a pm!
