That sounds cool as hell. I'm pretty sure warframes are standard humans. If by mutated, you mean mutated into their armor, I'm not sure. The game never fully explains whether Tenno wear their armor or are integrated with it. If you mean mutated like conduits with infamous powers, no. Conduits can't be warframes. Gotta keep the power levels fair. 

But I'm pretty sure warframes trump conduits anyway, those armors seem pretty super powered to me.
