We might be a little ahead of things, but I figure that the French and Israelis have a decent working relationship. Part of that has to do with French pressure on the UK during the post-war years and assistance to the Aliyah Bet -- mostly in ignoring British requests to stop Jewish immigration from displaced persons camps in France as well as voting for supporting the motion in the UN that led to Israeli statehood in 1948. 

If that history holds, then we can work on the rest from there. I realized that French armament factories aren't up to snuff yet.
