Howlite giggled as she flopped onto the ground, her little gray friend popping out of her hair just seconds before she hopped up, following after Spinel happily before rushing off in another direction in child like wonder.

Aquamarine felt the familiar floating, levitating weightless just a moment before she softly touching down on the warp pad with ease. She was glad that almost everyone was able to get a pretty good hang of the landing instead of all of them falling flat on the ground like she had seen others do many times before. She had been a bit startled fell, about to offer her a hand up when the gray gem dashed off after Spinel how she listened to most. [color=7bcdc8]"They don't have any fully intact injectors around the Kindergarten at home so I thought I would show you all one here. They are, of course, deactivated but at least I can give you more of a visual to explain and show you a bit of how you all came to be."[/color] Aqua answered Spinel before stepping of the warp pad to walk with the others. She let them wonder around, ask questions as well as answered them but made sure they didn't split up too much so they didn't get lost. 

Once they had stumbled upon and injector, she had been about to stop and show them the different parts when the ground began to quake. The Earth splitting and cracking from the ground up through the walls, the holes allowing the cracks to spread out. Boulders tumbled from the canyon walls crushing on down below making the Gems have to dodge out of the way from the rubble or it would have surely landed on top of them. Dust kicked up as the quaking got worse by the second and Aquamarine quickly pulled out her harpoon, not trusting that this was a natural occurrence. [color=7bcdc8]"Everyone, get on guard!"[/color] she yelled, just as a large creature shoved out of the a hole in the ground and crawled, its gaze locked onto the Gems. The [url=http://i59.tinypic.com/znz7k.jpg]Corrupted Gem[/url] pointed its stinger at them as sharpened crystals shot out in rapid speed, the group quickly split up from one another. Aqua quickly yanked out the chain at the bottom of her staff as the Corrupted gem went for on of the younglings with its pincers. She narrowed her eyes, putting all her strength into a sharp toss, slamming it into the side of its body and pulled to much it just enough off balance so the pincher would miss the other gems. In a swift motion it spun around, trying to slam it's tail into the them as it jerked against Aqua and twitched in pain. She had to force away the hurt she felt at seeing the Corrupted Gem this way but it needed to be done or someone could get hurt.

Aquamarine quickly yanked her weapon back, getting into a defensive position as it continued to thrash about. Its focus turned off her for a moment while it tried to catch it's barrings, looking to the closest which happened to be Spinel [s](There is reason I had to put Spinel)[/s] and it moved to attack with its pincers, stinger at the ready. Howlite's eyes widened, glaring as she jumped into action, bringing her battle axe down on the the tail and cutting it slightly. It screeched, knocking Howlite backwards hard into the wall and she felt herself freeze as its blood eyes stared into her. Fear rose at lightening speed in Howlite as the creature turned on her, her weapon disappearing and failing her the moment she needed it most. She threw her hands up in a natural reaction a human might to protect their face as the pincher went to stabbed her.

Aqua moved fast, running as quickly as she could manage and praying she made it in time to be Howlite's shield and defense. She slid in front of Howlite, knowing that she would not be able to block the creature with her weapon in time. She felt the pincher impale her body as she brought the weapon down on its arm. Her hands shook as she let go of her harpoon, her throat catching in a silent scream as she couldn't breath or move...it was if time had slowed down but she didn't focus on herself, she couldn't. She twitched in pain, turning as much as she could her eyes widening in horror as her hands went to her mouth as she looked into Howlite's terrified eyes that were gazing through her gray fingers.The sharpened pincher buried into Howlite's gem causing the others body to look as if it was cracking. [color=7bcdc8][b]"HOWLITE!!!"[/b][/color] Aquamarine screamed in complete heartbreaking agony, tears flowing down her cheeks as she struggled. Her voice now found, she cried out in pain as the other completely fell apart and she wanted to collapse. The pain in her body and emotions was almost unbearable...she had been stabbed before but this time it was like nothing she ever had felt in this moment. She faced forward one more, shakily looking down at her body as the pincher pulled away from her, leaving her to slam onto the ground since her legs couldn't hold her. Aquamarine slowly rolled over, knowing she didn't have long before her body would fall apart and she would be in her gem. She shakily reached her hand out to Howlite's remains with blurry vision as the tears wouldn't stop falling but just as she was about to touch a piece of it, she poofed into smoke. The cracked blue tear drop gem falling to the dirt next to Howlite's shattered gem shards.
