I'd leave the nuts out all together but I think it's a texture thing. I want to make it sometime next week, I just have to go to the store first. And he is! All of his videos are really simple and easy to follow along with. He's got a nice speaking voice too and normally he makes little food puns. I've been watching him for a while now.
