Yes it does. It had a harder version of the game, it does count.

I 100% WindWaker and Twilight Princess though.

Edit: Not because I think they're better games, but they don't have more than half of the time spent playing the game spent being talked to, or unfun travelling back and forth. Windwaker at least tried to keep the going back and forth interesting with all the random shit everywhere.
