[@Loony] Yeah, that's what I was asking.  That's cool, did you deliberately look for a gem you could call Quin or was it the other way around?  And I know your pain of having characters that you worked hard on and will probably never get to use.

[@Akayaofthemoon] I'm glad you think I've done a good job of writing sympathetic cuteness!  Spinel's line when she explains why she feels so guilty, literally word for word as I have it so far: "Any competent archer could have pinned that monster down before it got to you without going anywhere near the danger themselves, and I failed on every count."
