Lend a hand, Take Flight, Be the Voice of Change, Conserve Tradition, Save the Aviary--these words were plastered in big letters on the flyers, followed by Meeting at the Konoha Aviary this evening at 7pm. Please be in attendance. Thank you. This was indeed the handy work of none other than young chunin activist and visionary, Yuna Hojo, who found it her personal mission to pacifistically protest the government's decision to close down Konoha's aviary building. With the steady climb in technological advancements, the aviary building has unfortunately found itself in a steady collapse of little to no use. What was once the main form of long distance communication via the usage of messenger birds such as hawkes, the rebuilt building(after its destruction during Pain's Invasion centuries ago) has since only been used on the rare occasion that someone happens to treasure traditional means of communication or simply has a preference for birds more than phones. Yuna smiled warmly, bowing as she handed off another flyer. The pudgy old lady took it awkwardly and quickly scurried off. "See! People are interested in saving the Aviary just as much as we are". She handed off another flyer. "I guarantee we will have a much better turn out than last time." Her friend Paneru timidly passed out flyers along side her, though in the presence of so many strangers, he was overtly feeling nervous and anxious. "Well...you know I'm here because I want to help. But, lets be honest. No one really uses that Aviary anymore. We have computers and cellphones and stuff. And it's so old...". He hated to be pessimistic, but it was certainly true. "Sorry", he mumbled, handing out another flyer as he did so. The girl pondered his words, but didn't give them too much thought. She knew what she was doing and she knew that by bringing people together in order to protest with her, the mission could be achieved. It just took a bit of optimism and tenacity. But they continued on--walking and passing, passing and walking. "But this is the Aviary we're talking about here. This building has been around long before we even existed. Honestly, its a traditional monument in my eyes. We can't certainly get rid of it just because it gets little use. We definitely don't want another Minamoru building to replace it do we?". Her voice was incredibly passionate, like it could encourage an army of crestfallen soldiers. Paneru shivered at the name and shook his head in agreement. "I guess not. But I've got to return to the hospital now. My break is almost over". Yuna rolled her eyes and grinned. "Fine, leave me here. I prefer getting things done by myself anyways". The feminine looking boy bowed politely. "Sorry", he whispered, before suddenly leaping off towards the medical center. Yuna sighed heavily. Ugh...why am I the only one who cares so much about these kinds of things? Her countenance was briefly pouty, but was quickly disrupted by the sudden appearance of a strange trench coat wearing gentlemen entering the boarded up Kiba & Son. A sudden curiosity washed over her as she nosely watched the man enter. But she wasn't the only one watching. Several bystanders were watching as well. It was so strange to see someone enter that abandoned building. It briefly made her think of the Aviary. "Why in the world did someone go inside there?", her mind questioned. This scenario was like a haunted house, one that she desperately wanted to traverse through. She crept a little closer, but paused as she watched a woman or man, she wasn't sure, exit the building and take off. She grinned. An adventure was surely to be had. She needed to quench her insatiable curiosity and ike a thriller novel, she loved a good mystery. A stealthy and quick-footed animal form suddenly popped into her mind, but before she could act on her impulses, a strong hand grasped her shoulder. The figure was masked. It was an Anbu. "Yuna Hojo, please proceed immediately to the Hokage's Office for a Briefing on your mission. This is of urgent priority". Before she could even respond, the anbu vanished in a flash. Yuna opened her mouth awkwardly as if suddenly cut off or frazzled. "Okay then...."
